Brian Roche

I am a dedicated trial attorney with a strong commitment to my clients. I graduated from Oberlin College and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. My legal career began as a public defender in Denver, and I have also worked as both a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney in Colorado and Michigan. I am fluent in Spanish and have devoted a significant portion of my career to serving Latino communities in both states. I have handled numerous jury trials and advocate passionately in both the courtroom and during negotiations. When I’m not in the courtroom, I enjoy spending time with my family hiking, biking, camping, and skiing. In the spring and fall, I coach youth soccer, and I volunteer at my church throughout the year. My primary focus areas are criminal defense and family law. I bring my knowledge and passion for helping others to the firm. I am deeply empathetic and take a genuine interest in every client who walks through my door. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I value the opportunity to listen to my clients’ truths so I can represent them effectively and share their stories with opposing counsel, judges, and jurors.
