David Frank

David Frank is based in Austin, Texas and is an experienced criminal trial lawyer. In April of 2014 he successfully challenged the Texas Mandatory DWI Blood Draw Statute and had the law overturned at the Court of Appeals. He is a Past President of the Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and regularly speaks on criminal law topics. Mr. Frank is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Strike Force Committee. He handles all felony and misdemeanor charges in State and Federal Court.
