Wendell James Sherk

Wendell limits his practice to consumer bankruptcy and debt-related issues. He has previously represented bankruptcy trustees and creditors in large and small cases. He recently served for two-years on a national commission to recommend reforms to consumer bankruptcy law. He currently focuses on representing consumers trying to take back control of their financial lives. He is married to Rebecca and they have a rescue dog named Romeo.
