My average flat fee is $2500 + Costs, however I have charged as little as $900 for a simple Summary Administration, with one low cost asset, and up to $10,000 for a complex Formal Administration, multiple assets with multiple beneficiaries throughout the country. A simple will may be all you need, but a trust may be a better option,or a simple Enhanced Life Estate Deed, otherwise known as a "LadyBird" deed can be a simple and inexpensive option.
