My legal practice is focused on serving growth companies throughout the venture capital life cycle - from start-ups to public companies – with respect to the key areas of business law: corporate, securities, business combinations and commercial transactions. I also assist managers and investment advisers in forming private investment funds, including hedge, venture capital, real estate, natural resources and private equity funds, provide advice with respect to securities regulation and capital raising.
