She subsequently attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During law school, Ms. Rejaei served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Russell of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, whereby she was able to get a birds-eye view of the litigation process, research law, and provide memorandums for Judge Russell. She also was able to attend numerous hearings and trials, which allowed her to better understand the legal courtroom process. During law school, Ms. Rejaei was further active in Moot Court, which allowed her to receive training for courtroom appearances as an attorney. She also served as a staff writer for the University of Memphis Law Review, which honed her research and writing skills. Ms. Rejaei has been part of the NST team since 2010.
