Gregory J. Mutchko

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Economics from American University in Washington, D.C., and went on to receive my Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Drake University Law School. Additionally, I completed coursework toward my law degree at New York Law School and Rutgers University Law School-Newark. In 1982, I was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court and all courts in the State of New Jersey. My main focus now is on estate planning, administration, and litigation. However, I continue to accept select cases in several other areas on a limited basis. I have been appointed as a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District I Ethics Committee, representing Atlantic, Cumberland, Cape May, and Salem Counties. I also served as Vice Chair for the Supreme Court of New Jersey District I Fee Arbitration Committee, covering the same regions. Additionally, I serve as a New Jersey eminent domain Condemnation Commissioner, a role to which I was appointed by the Hon. Michael J. Blee, A.J.S.C.
