Erica Wilson

Ms. Wilson is an experienced Plaintiff’s attorney with a demonstrated history of successful results in personal injury and wrongful death matters. Ms. Wilson has represented clients in cases against hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, adult day cares, assisted living facilities, personal care homes, trucking companies, and major corporations. Ms. Wilson did her undergraduate studies at Boston College, where she received a Bachelors in English and Communications, graduating cum laude. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Cross and Crown, which is an honor society for seniors who have achieved academic excellence and established records of unusual service and leadership on campus. Ms. Wilson went on to receive her J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she was a Member of the Temple Law Review and was awarded “Outstanding Oral Advocacy” in three trial advocacy seminars. Ms. Wilson began her career as a prosecutor at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, she tried over thirty jury trials for major felony offenses. In addition, she tried hundreds of non jury trials for a variety of criminal offenses. Prior to founding Murray Stone & Wilson, Ms. Wilson was a supervising attorney for a national Plaintiff’s law firm, where she represented victims of wrongdoing. During this time, Ms. Wilson specialized in cases involving nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, negligence, and corporate negligence. Ms. Wilson has an aggressive and creative approach to holding wrongdoers accountable, and this tenacity has resulted in her having secured millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts for her clients.
