Caroline Munley

Caroline Munley is the managing partner of Munley Law Personal Injury Attorneys in Pennsylvania, focusing on workers' compensation, car and truck accident litigation, and medical malpractice. She is certified as a workers' compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law, a designation authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and held by a small number of attorneys in the state. That record has earned consistent national recognition. She has been named to the Best Lawyers in America list for Personal Injury Litigation and Workers' Compensation Law-Claimants since 2018, was included in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America guide, and has been a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2022. The National Trial Lawyers Association has recognized her among the Top 25 Women Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania and the Top 25 Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Caroline's father, the late Robert W. Munley, inspired her to become a lawyer and shaped her commitment to representing people who have been seriously hurt through no fault of their own. Outside the courtroom, she serves as chair of the Board of Trustees for the Everhart Museum in Scranton and as a board member for the Women's Resource Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania. She contributes regularly to the Scranton Times-Tribune on community safety topics.
