Katie Nealon

Katie Nealon brings genuine dedication to every personal injury case she handles, with a practice focused on truck accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Her work has earned significant recognition across the industry. Katie holds a board certification in Truck Accident Law from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and was named a Best Lawyer in America for 2025. She has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2017, was chosen for the Pennsylvania Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2017–2018, and in 2022 was named to the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal's Top 20 Under 40 list. Katie graduated summa cum laude from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, where she served as an editor of the Whittier Law Review. She was recognized as an Outstanding Graduate in Business Law and won the Trial Advocacy competition's Best Cross Examination Award. Beyond her caseload, Katie is deeply involved in the legal community and public service. She served as district coordinator for the High School Mock Trial Competition across Lackawanna, Wayne, Wyoming, Susquehanna, Bradford, and Sullivan counties, and volunteers with Lackawanna Pro Bono. She is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Lawyers Division of the American Association for Justice, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She has also served as an advocate for the Juvenile Hall Advocacy Clinic and the General Relief Advocacy Program, which assists individuals at the Department of Social Services.
