Marion Munley

Marion Munley is a Triple Board Certified trial lawyer and one of the most recognized truck accident attorneys in the United States. Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Law, Civil Trial Advocacy, and Truck Accident Law, she is the first woman in Pennsylvania to hold board certification in Truck Accident Law. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and trucking litigation. She has secured numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries for clients, including one of the largest trucking accident settlements in the country. Munley Law has recovered more than $1 billion in total compensation for injury victims across Pennsylvania. In 2026, Marion was inducted into the Lawdragon Hall of Fame. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2012 and was named the 2024 Lawyer of the Year for Product Liability Litigation — Plaintiffs in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Super Lawyers has named her a Top 10 Super Lawyer in Pennsylvania for three consecutive years and one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Pennsylvania. Marion is currently Vice President of the American Association for Justice and was the first woman to chair the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group in 2018. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the International Society of Barristers, and the Summit Council. She received her law degree from Temple University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton.
