About

I founded the firm with a focus on providing efficient and cost-effective legal services. My practice primarily involves real estate transactions and litigation, commercial transactions and litigation, construction law, and financial institutions law. Over the past 39 years, I have lectured at numerous legal seminars on topics related to these areas. I have represented a diverse range of private clients and public entities through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, as well as bench and jury trials. Throughout my career, I have handled several significant boundary line and real estate title disputes, successfully navigating cases through trial, the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and even the U.S. Supreme Court. After many years of practicing law at firms in downtown Seattle, I decided to open my own firm to better serve my clients' needs. I contributed to the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual and served as chair of the King County Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. I earned my B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Pacific Lutheran University and my J.D. degree from the University of Washington School of Law. I am a member of the King County and Washington State Bar Associations. Additionally, I dedicated 23 years as a hearing officer in WSBA attorney disciplinary cases and was a member of the Washington Supreme Court Ethics Advisory Committee.
