I assist clients through every stage of the M&A process, from planning and structuring to negotiating, drafting, closing, and addressing post-closing matters. I take pride in offering well-rounded services to main street and mid-market business clients. Within the M&A field, I also have significant experience with Pennsylvania Liquor Law transactions, helping clients navigate the sale or purchase of alcohol-related businesses, such as restaurants, breweries, and distributors. My commercial real estate practice involves negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, providing land use representation, raising capital for commercial developers and project investments, reviewing and negotiating construction loans, and offering settlement and title services as a Pennsylvania-licensed title agent. I frequently represent developers of residential and commercial projects, including new construction and renovations or retrofits, guiding them from initial land acquisition through financing—whether through traditional lenders or private equity—entitlements, and closing. Another key area of my practice is municipal and local government work. I represent both municipalities and local entities, ensuring their legal needs are met with care and precision.
