Garland Lee Goff

I grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and, after completing law school, I made the move to South Dakota. There, I established my own general practice firm in a small town and spent over a decade working in various areas of the law. In 2025, I relocated to Andrews, North Carolina, where I started Mountain Legal North Carolina. While I still run a small-town firm, I’ve focused my practice on providing legal services in real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and business formations. I’m also open to handling related matters, such as assisting homeowner's associations or reviewing contracts, but I decide on those cases individually. On a personal note, I’m married and have a son, two step-sons, and two grandchildren, all of whom I adore. When I’m not working, you can often find me at church, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, or tinkering with one of my old cars.
