Luyan Li is a seasoned Senior International Tax Consultant with deep expertise in helping multinational corporations navigate complex global tax landscapes. Formerly with Deloitte Tax LLP, she advised major international clients on cross-border tax compliance, planning, and structuring. Her work focused on creating tax-efficient frameworks that align with both U.S. and foreign tax regulations, reducing liabilities and optimizing global operations for companies with intricate international footprints. Beyond consulting, Luyan brings legal experience from the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue and the Georgetown Law Tax Clinic, where she conducted legal research, drafted memoranda, and represented clients before the U.S. Tax Court.
