Ross Karsnitz

Ross C. Karsnitz represents injured people in Delaware personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Based in the firm’s Georgetown office, Ross works with clients across Sussex County and throughout Delaware after accidents, workplace injuries, and other events that can affect their health, income, and daily life. Ross chairs the Morris James workers’ compensation practice. He helps injured employees understand their rights, pursue available benefits, and navigate disputes involving medical treatment, wage loss, disability, and return-to-work issues. His work also includes personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, unsafe property conditions, serious injuries, and wrongful death. Raised in Sussex County, Ross brings a local perspective to his practice. He is a second-generation Delaware attorney, and his background gives him a practical understanding of the communities, courts, and clients he serves. Before becoming a partner at Morris James, Ross developed broad civil litigation experience, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, business, and real estate matters. Ross’s approach is direct and client-focused.
