I am a partner at Morganroth & Morganroth in Birmingham, Michigan, where my practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, family law, business disputes, civil litigation, white collar criminal matters, and appeals. I represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, CPS matters, breach of contract disputes, employment litigation, and business tort claims. Before expanding into family law, I built my career handling high-stakes commercial litigation matters. After witnessing friends and family struggle through difficult divorces and custody disputes, I brought my courtroom experience and strategic litigation background into family law to provide clients with strong, compassionate, and results-driven representation. I am licensed in Michigan and New York and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
