Morgan Bourque

Morgan Bourque is the founding attorney of Morgan Bourque Attorney at Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Samford University’s Cumberland School of law and South Texas College of Law. Morgan has spent time as a prosecutor the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, and worked for the Department of Justice, United State’s Attorney’s Office, and Southern District of Texas. Since starting his own firm with his father Gerald Bourque, he has helped thousands of clients facing criminal, family law, and personal injury matters in The Woodlands and Houston.
