Clancy Boylan

Clancy Boylan is the managing partner of the Morgan & Morgan Philadelphia office. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University, an MBA from Wilkes University, and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Boylan worked for a boutique personal injury firm in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where he was co-counsel on multiple multimillion dollar settlements and was selected to open the firm’s Philadelphia office. Since joining Morgan & Morgan in 2018, Mr. Boylan has represented individuals and families that have been catastrophically injured or killed in trucking or automobile collisions, construction accidents, premises liability accidents and medical malpractice. He has obtained multiple settlements and verdicts in excess of one million dollars in that time. In addition, Mr. Boylan has helped hundreds of families across Pennsylvania who have been injured or had their property damaged by the oil and gas industries. As a Distinguished Leader by the Legal Intelligencer and a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2016, My Boylan is named one of the top 16 trial advocates in the United States.
