Patricia Van Haren

I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve peace of mind by developing and implementing creative cost effective plans tailored for each client. I have been a practicing attorney since May of 2011. Prior to attending law school, I was a family law and estate planning paralegal for approximately 20 years. In that time I acted as a Paralegal for several attorneys. After establishing my own practice, I used all of my skills and knowledge to develop my family law practice. I raised my three children as a single mother while working and attending law school at nights and on weekends. After graduating law school, I established my first office and opened my doors as a sole practitioner. The focus of my practice is to assist families in resolving their disputes outside of the Courtroom. In 2024 I joined Moradi Neufer LLP. I pride myself in being able to assist families throughout California. I understand that the key to being a trusted counselor and advisor and the key to achieving the clients objectives is to know the client on a personal level. I understand that each family is unique and no process is right for all families. We therefore believe in educating our clients about the choice of their family law process. We believe that the way you divorce or end a relationship sets the tone for how you will coparent in years to come. We help parties through Mediation and through Collaborative Family Law to find resolutions rather than creating conflict.
