Greg Dykeman is a board-certified civil trial lawyer with 39 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and stakeholders in Texas State and Federal courts. He has tried more than 100 jury trials, and his practice focuses on False Claims Act litigation, commercial and contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary and probate litigation, real estate and construction cases, and pipeline and easement litigation. His False Claims Act work includes representing relators in Qui Tam actions involving defense contracting, pharmaceutical pricing fraud, and logistics overbilling, with total recoveries exceeding 65 million dollars. He regularly represents clients in ownership disputes, partnership litigation, breach of contract matters, and condemnation and easement disputes involving real property. Recognized for his trial experience, Mr. Dykeman has been appointed by courts to serve as a mediator or special master. He is also frequently retained as an expert witness to testify on the reasonableness and recovery of attorneys’ fees. He has served in numerous leadership positions within the State Bar of Texas, including as Chairman of the District 3 Grievance Committee and member of the State Bar Professionalism Committee, receiving the President’s Recognition Award. He is also a past president of the Jefferson County Bar Association, Bar Foundation, and Young Lawyers Association.
