Jacob Bottari

Jake Bottari is an associate at Monteleone Law Offices, P.L.L.C. He practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage and bad faith, and construction-defect litigation. For the better part of the last decade, Jake worked for several of Idaho’s most respected insurance defense firms where he gained significant experience in personal injury and complex litigation matters. He has a proven track record of successful results for his clients in both state and federal courts. After a decade of litigation experience in these practice areas, Jake is now representing individuals in the same type of personal injury and wrongful death cases which he previously defended. This experience is invaluable in taking care of his clients in his work at Monteleone Law Offices, P.L.L.C. Jake is a graduate of the College of Idaho (B.A., cum laude, 2010) and the University of Idaho College of Law (J.D., 2014). He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2014 and is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in Idaho. Outside of work, he is the proud husband to his wife, Alex, and father to his two, little girls and enjoys all the outdoors Idaho has to offer.
