Monte E. Kuligowski

MONTE KULIGOWSKI IS A VIRGINIA ATTORNEY who concentrates in DUI / DWI, reckless driving, felonies, misdemeanors and serious personal injury cases. He has handled speeding tickets to murder cases. Monte has been interviewed and quoted by Virginia Lawyers Weekly and local media on landmark cases. His work is quoted in Wikipedia's section on the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution. Monte has represented almost every class of citizen, including enlisted military personnel, high ranking military officers, blue collar workers, white collar workers, law enforcement officers, professors and fellow attorneys.
