Ashley Morgan

Ashley Morgan is the founding attorney of Monarch Immigration Solutions, a Pittsburgh- based immigration law firm dedicated to placing dignity, compassion, and justice at the center of every case. A graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, Ashley brings a rare combination of legal expertise and lived experience to her work. Raised in an immigrant community and the first in her family to earn a college degree, she believes deeply that the law should be used to uplift, not exclude. Before launching Monarch Immigration Solutions, Ashley served as a Staff Attorney with the Pennsylvania Immigrant Resource Center’s Immigrant Survivors Project. There, she advocated for immigrant survivors of violence and trauma, ensuring they had the legal protection and support needed to rebuild their lives. Her commitment to justice began earlier, while working in inmate classification at a county jail, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of deportation and systemic inequities. Monarch Immigration Solutions offers trauma-informed, culturally competent legal representation to immigrants and their families across Western Pennsylvania and throughout the United States. Ashley is committed to making justice more accessible—offering pro bono clinics, hiring from within the local immigrant community, and never losing sight of the human story behind each case.
