Philip Spradling

I focus solely on divorce and other areas of family law, with a particular emphasis on dividing complex assets such as businesses, pensions, stock options, restricted stock units, and 401k plans. I also have significant experience handling challenging child custody cases, including matters involving relocations and school choice. I am committed to providing strong and effective representation to Nevada residents at affordable rates. Most divorce and child custody disputes are best resolved early, avoiding the time, expense, and emotional toll of prolonged litigation. However, when resolution proves impossible due to the circumstances, the parties, or the attorneys involved, I am ready to advocate passionately on behalf of my clients. I am licensed to practice law in all Nevada State Courts, including Family Court, the Nevada Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Nevada. I earned my law degree from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2013 and have been exclusively practicing family law since 2015. Additionally, I hold degrees in international studies, philosophy, and physics.
