Samantha Moisant

Samantha Gahn Moisant is the founder of Moisant Law Firm in Metairie, where she helps families across in Jefferson Parish , St. Charles Parish and the Greater New Orleans area navigate divorce and custody disputes. She intentionally keeps her practice personal and responsive, offering a direct alternative to the impersonal feel of a large law firm. Samantha began her career in the New Orleans District Attorney’s Office, where she gained the courtroom experience and sharp instincts she now uses to handle high-conflict divorces, custody battles ,property partitions and other family law matters. This background allows her to stay calm and prepared in high-pressure situations, ensuring she is never caught off guard by aggressive opposing counsel or difficult courtroom dynamics.
