I have been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2012, focusing primarily on personal injury cases (vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites), as well as medical malpractice and wrongful death. My practice places a particular emphasis on cases involving commercial transportation, such as taxis, rideshare drivers, food delivery workers, and commercial carriers. Over the last decade, my team and I have secured millions of dollars in settlements for catastrophic injuries. To enhance my practice in injury law, I am a trained mediator and have successfully passed the Chicago Public Chauffeur License Examination and the Illinois State Property and Casualty Insurance Examinations. These qualifications enable me to carefully navigate insurance policies and city regulations, allowing me to negotiate favorable settlements for my clients. I am widely recognized in the Chicago taxi industry, having provided numerous interviews and statements to major media outlets including the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, WTTW, ABC, WGN, Crain’s Business, NewsNation, and NPR Radio. I have also testified in the city council regarding sensible taxi regulations and was featured in the Alumni Spotlight of my alma mater law school for my work with struggling taxi medallion owners in Chicago.
