Maya K Maleszewski

Maya has dedicated her career to the complexities of elder law and estate transitions, striving to turn overwhelming legal hurdles into clear, manageable paths for her clients. Maya earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and earned her Juris Doctorate at Southwestern Law School where she earned her degree through their SCALE two-year accelerated program. Maya practices in all matters in probate court, specifically probate of decedent's estates, conservatorships and limited conservatorships, trust and estate administration and litigation, and estate planning. She practices in the following Southern California counties: Orange County, Riverside County, Los Angeles County, and San Bernardino County.
