My area of practice is criminal, DUI, OVI, and traffic defense. I have represented clients with criminal charges for misdemeanors and felonies. I am licensed to practice in Ohio and KY as well as Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Having completed NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driver Enforcement (ARIDE) training for detection of drug and alcohol impaired drivers gives me insight into how police decide to make their arrests as well as a perspective on any mistakes or deviations from training the police make during their interactions with my clients. My felony experience includes Felonious Assault on Police, Theft, Aggravated Burglary, Bank Robbery, Insurance Fraud, Issuing a prescription for medication to a patient not for a legitimate medical purpose (Pill Mill), Aggravated Vehicular Assault, Vehicular Homicide, and Felony DUI / OVI.
