Jamie G. Scholz

I am a 2002 University of Nebraska - Lincoln College of Law graduate. Since my admission to the bar in 2002, I have practiced almost exclusively in the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court successfully resolving claims for my clients via settlement, mediation, trial and appellate level hearings. I have been a founding member and shareholder of Miner Scholz & Associates, PC LLO since its inception in 2013. Outside of the practice of law, I reside with my husband, Brian, on a small acreage where we raised five children. Outside of work, I enjoy reading historical fiction and watching any kind of volleyball, but especially sitting volleyball as my youngest child is an amputee. This has given me a meaningful understanding of the difficulties faced by injured workers who face catastrophic injuries.
