I was born and raised in Napa, California, and now reside in the Los Angeles area. I completed my undergraduate studies at Occidental College, earning a BA in Politics, and went on to graduate in the top 10% of my division at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. I am currently licensed to practice law in ten states and have devoted my entire career to litigation, with a significant focus on probate court matters. My approach to practicing law is centered on not only delivering high-quality legal services but also being accessible to my clients. I recognize that people seek legal guidance during challenging times and need clear, timely solutions to their problems. To maintain open communication and availability, I limit the number of cases I take on each month. Clients who work with me receive my personal cell phone number, ensuring they can reach me whenever necessary. My practice is now fully dedicated to probate and trust administration, as well as probate and trust contests. I do not work on an hourly retainer basis; instead, I operate on statutory probate fees or a contingency fee basis. Additionally, I do not charge for initial consultations.
