Nathan Curtis Zipperian

Nathan C. Zipperian is a Partner and General Counsel at Miller Shah LLP, based in the firm's Florida office. Nathan earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon and his law degree from Temple University School of Law, where he served as an Editor for the Environmental Law and Technology Journal. Prior to joining Miller Shah, he worked as a litigator at Bailey Pinney & Associates in Oregon, focusing on employment litigation, and at Martin Hart & Fullerton in Arizona, handling cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability. Nathan's practice encompasses corporate law and complex litigation. He advises U.S. and international corporations on a wide range of transactional matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions. He also provides counsel on employment law and has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in litigation, contract disputes, employment matters, and ADA compliance issues.
