About
I am an attorney at Miller Law Group, PLLC, where I focus on whistleblower and retaliation cases, products liability/toxic tort, medical negligence, and civil rights matters. I strive to meet the unique needs of my clients by breaking down complex legal issues in a way that is clear and emphasizes the most critical aspects of their cases. My primary area of practice involves False Claims Act whistleblower complaints. I have worked with whistleblowers in industries such as healthcare, defense contracting, and pandemic-related fraud. I assist clients in documenting their claims and guide them through the process of reporting fraud while ensuring their rights are protected. Alongside Stacy Miller, the founder of Miller Law Group, I am actively working on claims for individuals who were exposed to contaminated water at Camp Lejeune, firefighters and military members who encountered AFFF during their service, and women who have been harmed by hair relaxers. I am licensed to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia. I am also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina, the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. I have argued cases before the North Carolina Supreme Court and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Additionally, I am a member of the TAF Anti-Fraud Coalition, where I contribute to the Public Education Committee, and I serve on the Legal Affairs Committee of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. In recognition of my work, I was named to SuperLawyers’ Rising Stars list for 2025. Before becoming an attorney, I built my analytical and writing skills as a freelance editor, writer, and project manager. My work with authors in academia, business, and technology spanned subjects such as anthropology, history, landscape architecture, pharmaceutical innovation, public health, and law.
