Justin P. Zuber

Justin Zuber focuses his practice on birth injury, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury litigation. He represents children and families in cases involving preventable injuries during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and neonatal care throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. He also works with partner firms nationwide on complex birth injury investigations. Mr. Zuber has developed significant experience handling medically complex birth injury cases that require detailed analysis of obstetrical and neonatal medicine. He regularly reviews fetal heart monitoring strips, neonatal laboratory data, and diagnostic imaging to identify failures in obstetrical care, including delays in cesarean delivery, failures to recognize fetal distress, and other breakdowns in labor management that can result in hypoxic-ischemic brain injury and permanent neurological harm. He frequently collaborates with leading experts in obstetrics, neonatology, neuroradiology, and maternal-fetal medicine. Mr. Zuber maintains a strong interest in obstetrical and maternal-fetal medicine research and regularly reviews the medical literature on fetal monitoring, labor management, and neonatal brain injury.
