Rheanne Dodson Falkner

Rheanne Dodson Falkner is Senior Counsel in the Louisville office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Employment practice group. Throughout her 22-year career, Mrs. Falkner has worked hard to provide comprehensive litigation services to her clients, while understanding that clients have legal needs and questions that arise outside of litigation and she takes time to help advise them on ways to avoid future litigation. Mrs. Falkner brings a unique perspective to her clients as she has extensive experience representing both employees and employers in a wide variety of employment matters. This unique perspective is valuable in developing a winning litigation strategy because of her understanding of the opponent’s approach. Mrs. Falkner is well versed in employment law matters including but not limited to: American with Disabilities Act; Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act; Family Medical Leave Act; Fair Labor Standards Act; the Federal Arbitration Act; Kentucky Civil Rights Act; non-compete issues and contract matters. In addition, to extensive employment law experience, Mrs. Falkner has years of experience in litigating professional malpractice, personal injury and negligence claims. Mrs. Falkner is admitted to practice before all Kentucky and Indiana State Courts. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, the Southern District of Indiana, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
