Michael J. Fleres

I am certified as a Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, focusing on research, oral advocacy, and motion practice. I am dedicated to representing clients through all stages of litigation, including pendente lite motion practice and post-judgment proceedings for enforcement and modification in both the trial courts and the Appellate Division. I strive to educate and empower my clients, helping them make informed decisions by providing practical, risk-benefit analyses and applying the law to their unique circumstances. I have authored articles for New Jersey Lawyer on topics such as custody and military family law. Additionally, I have served as a speaker at NJICLE “Hot Tips” seminars and the annual Military and Veterans Law Symposium. Approximately two percent of attorneys in New Jersey hold the distinction of being certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Family Law Attorney, and I am honored to be among them.
