I take DUI defense extremely seriously. With the right knowledge it is possible, and even easy, in some cases to beat DUI charges. I have won several DUI trials, including bench and jury trials. I have also won many preliminary hearings for DUI cases, which is a phenomenal result because it keeps the legal costs down and gets the person a win without having to go through the entire criminal justice system. I am the State Delegate for the National College for DUI Defense. I went to the Intensive DUI Summer Training Course from 2015-2019 at Harvard University, and I was recently certified as a Standardized Field Sobriety Test Practitioner through NCDD and NHTSA. The skills I learned there have translated to excellent results. I am also a member of American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys and DUI Defense Lawyers Association. These are both national organizations comprised of excellent and dedicated DUI lawyers. They are valuable resources when questions arise in complex DUI cases. I started my practice in 2010 after attending Widener Law School. I have handled countless DUI cases and I have gotten tremendous results.
