Michael Caolo Jr. was educated at the University of Notre Dame with a major in Political Science and a minor in Soviet Foreign Relations. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Letters Degree. Michael Caolo Jr. was on the Dean’s Academic List and was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society, the Texas Club and was active in student government. After being awarded an academic scholarship and attending the University of Notre Dame Law School for one year, he transferred to the University of Texas School of Law in Austin and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree.
