Paul Bianco

Paul's practice is focused on patent and trademark transactional work. He is a registered patent attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") and a Florida Board Certified Intellectual Property Atttorney. With regard to patents, Paul's work is primarily in the areas of materials, mechanical and biomedical technologies. His practice includes patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, transactional and opinion work, and client counseling. He also conducts in intellectual property due diligence for corporate transations and litigates Inter Partes Reviews before the USPTO.
