Roberto Juan Ortiz

Roberto Juan Ortiz received his Bachelor in Business Management and Organization degree from the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Ortiz received his Juris Doctor degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami, Florida. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Ortiz is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida for the practice of Federal litigation. Mr. Ortiz is a member of several professional organizations, including the Florida Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is also an active member of several business organizations, including Business Networking International. Mr. Ortiz practices law in several areas, including business immigration, family-based immigration, and litigation. Mr. Ortiz has also presented seminars in several Central and South American countries, including Colombia, Guatemala, and Venezuela for investors and professionals who wish to immigrate and/or conduct business in the United States.
