Clayton began his career on the ground floor as a Subrogation Analyst, eventually becoming a Subrogation & Litigation Attorney for the nation’s largest post-payment healthcare recovery vendor. There, he advised benefit plans, managed complex recovery litigation, and negotiated thousands of reimbursement claims. Since transitioning to the plaintiff’s side in 2019, he has leveraged that insider knowledge to advocate for injury victims and partner firms, strategically reducing lien burdens and maximizing net recovery.
