Lester Copeland Brock III

I handle all types of personal injury cases in Richmond and across Virginia. My practice covers claims involving motor vehicle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, premises liability (slip/trip-and-fall), snow and ice accidents, wrongful death, child injuries, and industrial/machinery/construction accidents. Since beginning my legal career in 2004, I have dedicated my work to personal injury cases. I started by clerking for a Senior Justice on the Virginia Supreme Court, which provided me with valuable insights into the legal process. For the next 15 years, I represented insurance companies, defending personal injury claims on their behalf. That role allowed me to understand how insurance companies approach and defend these cases. In 2019, I used that knowledge to open my own firm, where I now represent plaintiffs in personal injury actions. I take pride in helping people in my community who have been injured and need someone to stand up for them. Unlike many firms that focus on volume, I intentionally keep my caseload small. This allows me to give my clients the attention they deserve and build relationships that often extend beyond the conclusion of their case. I am routinely recognized by Virginia Super Lawyers and Virginia Business Legal Elite, which recognize top attorneys in Virginia across various legal specialties. While my office is located in Richmond, I frequently work on cases throughout Virginia, including Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, and Prince William), the eastern region (Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake), and as far southwest as Roanoke and Lynchburg.
