Shani Alicia Franklin Reid

Shani Reid is an Associate with Meriwether & Tharp, LLC who practices family law. In 2012, Shani began practicing Social Security Disability with the largest disability provider in the United States, a practice which allowed her travel around the United States as well as Puerto Rico. After the illness of her mother, Shani focused her practice to the Atlanta Area and began advocating for parents and students as a Special Education attorney. Shani's advocacy eventually led her to into the area of family law where she feels particularly called to help families in transition. In her free time Shani enjoys zumba and is an enthusiastic dance mom to her daughter.
