Matthew Mendez

Matthew Mendez is the founding attorney and owner of Mendez Law Office, PLLC, a Houston-based firm representing clients in immigration, federal habeas corpus, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. He founded the firm to serve Houston's immigrant and Spanish-speaking community and has built it into a bilingual practice of more than ten attorneys and over forty staff, serving clients across Texas and Arizona. Mr. Mendez is licensed to practice law in Texas and Arizona. He is admitted to all four United States District Courts in Texas: the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Beyond federal litigation, Mr. Mendez leads the firm's criminal defense and personal injury practices. The firm represents clients facing serious state and federal criminal charges in Texas and represents victims of motor vehicle accidents and other personal injuries in Houston and the surrounding counties.
