Cassidy M. Millard

I’m Cassidy Millard, Esq., a litigation attorney with the Melone Hatley, P.C. My practice is centered on family law, and I take a client-focused approach, combining years of courtroom experience with a dedication to guiding families through times of transition. I strive to provide both strategic representation and compassionate counsel in every case. I began my legal career at a national family law firm, where I progressed from law clerk to associate attorney and later to litigation attorney. My work has always been concentrated in family law, helping clients navigate complex legal issues with determination and clarity. Before attending law school, I worked as a legal assistant, honing my interpersonal skills and attention to detail, which continue to serve me well in my legal practice. I earned my Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. While in law school, I was deeply involved in pro bono work, contributing to the community through Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid and the Family Law Clinic at St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice. Prior to law school, I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos. I’m honored to have been named a 2025 Rising Star San Antonio by Scene in SA Magazine, a recognition of my commitment to serving clients across Texas. I’m dedicated to providing knowledgeable and compassionate legal representation for those navigating family law challenges.
