Jay Levin

Jay M. Levin joined Eckell Sparks in February of 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Jay was a partner in the Chester County law firm of DiGiacomo, Goldberg & Levin. Jay is a licensed practitioner in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and he practices throughout Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Lehigh and Bucks Counties and throughout the State of New Jersey. For over twenty-five (25) years, Jay has focused his practice on providing exceptional service to his clientele in the areas of businesses and commercial representation and general litigation, real estate, general counsel services and family law. Jay has an extensive background in commercial litigation, contact negotiations, leasing and real estate, business formation and development, corporate maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership and shareholder agreements and investor agreements. Jay has a solid understanding of the relationship between the law and the corporate bottom line with proven success in managing and conducting negotiation, litigation and dispute resolution. Jay received his undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. in 1989, and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993.
