Michael F McMahon

Attorney Michael F. McMahon is a former DuPage County Assistant State's Attorney with over 20 years of legal experience. He assists clients throughout DuPage County and the surrounding areas with matters relating to criminal law, including DUI defense, sex crimes, traffic crimes, drug charges, violent crimes, property crimes, weapons charges, and expungements. Mr. McMahon earned his law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1993 and a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University of Chicago. He maintains active memberships in local and state organizations including the DuPage County Bar Association, the DuPage County Children's Advocacy Center, the Irish Fellowship Club, and the DuPage County Republican Organization.
