Throughout my career, I have provided legal advice and representation to insurance companies in various coverage and defense issues. My practice primarily revolves around complex subrogation recovery actions, construction litigation, product liability, and premises liability. I have also conducted pre-suit investigations in Fraud/SIU matters, which include property, automobile, and business claims, as well as breach of contract and bad faith causes of action, and lawsuits related to material misrepresentations in insurance applications. The cases I handle often involve significant losses due to catastrophic events such as fires, floods, explosions, structural collapses, chemical misapplications, construction defects, and breakdowns of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. Additionally, I have represented a diverse array of clients in condominium law, commercial disputes, and personal matters. These cases run the full gamut, ranging from simple dissolution of mechanic's liens to complex cases involving personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death.
