Brian David McGinity

Brian has been practicing law for over 21 years and understands the ups and downs of life. After graduating from California State University at Sacramento Brian worked in the financial services industry as a business banker with Wells Fargo and a Stockbroker/financial planner with Merrill Lynch. Then in an abrupt change, and while still young enough to chase his dreams Brian took his shot at becoming an Actor. He headed off to Los Angeles and pursued Acting! He took acting classes and auditioned while waiting tables, bartending, walking dogs, and working as a personal fitness trainer. After 6 years and only experiencing moderate success, he applied to McGeorge School of Law. Upon graduating and passing the California State Bar Brian worked in large and small law firms focusing on Complex Business Litigation, Insurance Defense, Family Law, and Criminal Law. In 2009, Brian opened up the McGinity Law Office in Cameron Park, California where he serves Amador County, Calaveras County, El Dorado County, Placer County, Sacramento County, and Yolo County. When not working Brian enjoys spending his time at the Race Track with his brother, Michael where they run a spec Miata together. He is physically active and enjoys his two dogs, Steele and Sriracha.
