M. Lisa Odom

Lisa Odom is a partner and co-founder of the Los Angeles County-based law firm of McDowell Odom LLP. Before joining McDowell Odom LLP, Ms. Odom's practiced at the prestigious international law firms of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Sidley Austin LLP. Her practice focuses on counseling small and mid-sized business on all aspects of general business and corporate law, as well as employment-related matters, lease negotiations, contract drafting, annual minutes. Ms. Odom also advises clients on real estate matters including finance matters and purchase and sale transactions, as well as all aspects of estate planning including drafting revocable living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives and nominations of guardians. Ms. Odom has also advised numerous clients on business succession matters.
